Jon Emmons

Jon has over 10 years of experience as a licensed loan officer. With a passion for client service, and quality control, the path of Jon’s career allowed him to see all sides of the mortgage industry. Starting his career in mortgage banking, Jon assisted clients from the beginning to the end of every home purchase and refinance transaction. A few years into his career, he was tasked with helping to build a brand new team of loan officers that would assist on loans that had qualifying challenges throughout the process, called Solution Consulting. This role required a vast knowledge of the entire loan process, whether it be title related, income/assets, appraisals, credit challenges…you name it, he helped fix it! This team grew from just 20 loan officers initially, to a region of over 130 in just two years. At the high point this region assisted in closing over $2,000,000,000 in loans in one year that would have otherwise not made it to the closing table.

Jon then set his sights on the mortgage broker channel and wanted to assist clients again from the beginning of the process all the way to closing. Using the knowledge he gained as a Solution Consultant loan officer, he was able to establish an extremely fast an efficient process for his clients. Ensuring that clients are properly qualified up front, and making sure they are well informed throughout the entirety of their loan process. And now with Lendplicity, Jon is able to marry his passion for client service with extremely low rates and fees, and assist more families achieve their dreams of homeownership.
